Quotation
For an initial quotation, please contact us with your address and we can agree a day that suits to visit. This visit will allow us to offer a firm quotation, demonstrate our sample kit, explain the process in more detail, discuss potential options, and answer any questions you may have.
If you would rather a quotation without a visit, simply send us rough sizes of your sash windows (please measure the height and width of your window from the staff bead, don’t worry about it needing to be perfectly accurate).
Site Survey
Once you’ve accepted a quote and decided to go ahead, we’ll carry out a detailed site survey of your sash and case windows. This includes using a self-levelling laser and taking precise measurements to ensure the secondary glazing is made to fit your windows perfectly. We then have a 4-week lead time to install your secondary glazing, during which the units are manufactured, scheduled, and prepared for installation. We’ll also confirm final details and keep you updated throughout.
